J'ai acheté en ligne, mais je n'ai pas reçu l'e-mail contenant les clés de licence

When you register with Blueberry, it is essential that you provide a valid email address. We need this address to send you your registration licence keys to activate the product.

You can see your licence keys on our website. Login at http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk, then click the 'Your Account' button in the Welcome box on the right-hand side of the page. You will see a page showing details of your account. Now click “View licence keys you’ve already purchased” at the top of the page.

Also, note that despite our best efforts to prevent it, our emails may be caught by your spam filters. If you are expecting license key information from Blueberry and it hasn't arrived, be sure to check your spam folder.


J'ai des problèmes pour entrer la clé dans BB FlashBack

Enter the licence key into BB Flashback from either the "X days left in trail" window that appears on startup, or by using the 'Enter / View Licence Key' item in the Help menu in Player or the main menu in Recorder.

You need to enter the Licence key and Owner Name into BB FlashBack exactly as they appear in the email we sent to you. The most common mistakes are to include leading or trailing spaces, or get the case wrong. We advise you to copy and paste the values from the email, to eliminate typing errors.
